Thank you, now I'm able to control the domain. After you fixed the mistake with wrong expiry date and removed the transfer lock, I initiated the process of transferring the domain to our main registrar. I'm sorry to say this, but my company is not satisfied with service, when we get support only after involving ICANN or have to wait for days otherwise. I hope, your service will improve in the future, but for the time being we don't want to keep any domains with Gandi.
