Found the contact telephone number on ICANN's site. Funny, but there is an autoresponder that tells customers to send an e-mail to support, which will answer shortly - this doesn't happen, of course. Dear support, please be advised that if you fail to respond to our requests regarding teleriva.com within the next 4 working days, we will file an official complaint to ICANN as suggested by procedure.
