Dear Gandi support, First, I will emphasize once again: your company provides the worst support I've ever seen. Second, I'd like to let you know that 2 months of e-mailing back and forth to make our domain operational (still didn't happen for some reason) is too much. Third, I suggest you to learn how to treat your customers better if you don't want them to contact higher authorities or proceed with a legal action against you. I demand that you correct your mistakes with the name servers of teleriva.com domain, which you replaced with some odd servers for some reason without any explanation. I also demand that you answer my support requests named "RE: <Ref953511> RE: Ref937153 DOMAIN : teleriva.com" and dated Thursday, November 15, 2007 8:51 AM EET and Wednesday, November 14, 2007 5:08 PM EET. I would also like to discuss this situation with your management, but I cannot find any telephone numbers on your site thus will appreciate if you provide the necessary contact information. If you fail to fulfill my requests, our company will have no choice but to find another way to get our domain operational including higher authorities and courts. We will not tolerate this kind of "support" and your actions, that rendered our domain completely unusable for few months. Thank you. P.S.
