Ryan, sorry for the late reply, I thought the forum system would send me an email when I got a reply on the forum. I have at least 3 support tickets I have not received an answer for. These are the ticket numbers: Ref819712 23/06/2007 Ref769570 11/06/2007 Ref726290 31/05/2007 can you confirm Gandi sent an answer to one of these tickets? I have not received them, they aren't in the mailserver's spam folders, they aren't in my outlook spam folder. I can not check what the contents of these unanswered questions were, but they were probably all about the domain name himreyscreen.be, which I have been trying to transfer to Gandi for a couple of months now (I have retried the transfer 4 times or so). I have called DNS.be regarding the transfer but they say they didn't receive any transfer requests from Gandi so I tried a support ticket.
