Our average response time is currently at around 5-6 hours (maximum of 24 hours for a personal account, or 12 hours for our resellers, and a minimum time of, well, 0 hours for both :) ), we are always deeply concerned when we hear that one of our customers has not received a reply. If you have not received a reply within the time frame cited above this may be for several reasons: - Your e-mail client (or ISP) mistook our reply for spam and sent it to the spam folder (this occurs frequently for msn, hotmail, and Gmail addresses). With hotmail, the spam folder erases the mail after 4 days!) - We have not received your e-mail.
