Our average response time is currently at around 5-6 hours (maximum of
24 hours for a personal account, or 12 hours for our resellers, and a
minimum time of, well, 0 hours for both :) ), we are always deeply
concerned when we hear that one of our customers has not received a
reply.

If you have not received a reply within the time frame cited above this
may be for several reasons:  

- Your e-mail client (or ISP) mistook our reply for spam and sent it to
the spam folder (this occurs frequently for msn, hotmail, and Gmail
addresses). With hotmail, the spam folder erases the mail after 4
days!)  

- We have not received your e-mail. To contact us, please use our online
form at the following page: https://www.gandi.net/faq/contact_support/ 

- You sent your mail with a return address that is based on your domain
name...that has expired (impossible to receive e-mails from an expired
domain name!)  

- Your question contained a particularly complex or unusual problem, and
was "bumped up" to a higher-level specialist. In this case, you will
receive an answer soon. 

In any event, each and every customer will *always* receive a reply, and
in a timely manner. It is something that we truly care about.  

Therefore, if you have not gotten a reply within 24 hours, I ask that
you please contact us again, though this time indicate a telephone
number or alternative e-mail address where you can be reached.
