I have the same experience.
dozens of emails, no replies, no support, nothing.
I agree GANDI does NOT respond to its support emails.
Same here, if we don't get support in a few days, I'm transfering
everything as well.

Yes - it's been a disaster for me also. Several emails to GANDI

and not a single answer.
Dozens of emails simply lost - every day. The "email reminder" service
for the ownership change apparently does not work also - not a single
email about ownership change confirmation. It feels like this system
is
a front.
If I don't get some semblance of support in the next few days - I'm
transferring everything.
