My experience is that GANDI does NOT respond - and I believe a scam may
be involved here

Yes - it's been a disaster for me also. Several emails to GANDI Support
and not a single answer.

Dozens of emails simply lost - every day. The "email reminder" service
for the ownership change apparently does not work also - not a single
email about ownership change confirmation. It feels like this system is
a front.

If I don't get some semblance of support in the next few days - I'm
transferring everything.

Besides, this workflow does not jive with my understanding of the
Administrative role. My understanding is that an Admin should be able
to make any change to the domain registry. Am I wrong about that?
