Anthony, My experience is that GANDI does NOT respond. Yes - it's been a disaster for me also. Several emails to GANDI Support and not a single answer. Dozens of emails simply lost - every day. The "email reminder" service for the ownership change apparently does not work also - not a single email about ownership change confirmation. It feels like this system is a front.
