We have added a new automated mailer that looks for sessions that have
not yet been paid, and sends out a reminder.

But!  Quite often, our customers have abandoned orders, or orders that
were not completed (they made the same order at a later date and paid).
Our system sends out a reminder for the order that has not been paid -
even though the customer may have created a new session at a different
time and paid.

I would advise that you have a look at your invoices, and if you see
that you have already paid for the operation in another session, you
may safely cancel the operation in progress.
