We have expeierence the same thing. ACTUALLY we are resellers, and it apparently the client who purchased domains through us, then purchased them direct with GANDI, and then GANDI decided to close our account becuase the customer who ordered direct, used false informaiton.
We have recently experienced some issues pertaining to trademark infrigement and false whois information, both of which constitute a material breach of our general sales conditions <http://www.gandi.net/contracts>. Our support have emailed messages for each case, and you seem to have received them, as you quote one of the reasons for the suspension in your comment. Please note that the account was suspended because of trademarks and/or intellectual rights infringement in the choice of the domain names, specifically as all of the domain names associated with the account are deliberately confusing with well-known trademarks; this is in violation of French law and our contract. If you think that you are not concerned by a trademark ingringement case, please tell us the litigious domain names and/or Gandi account. Best regards,
