We have expeierence the same thing. ACTUALLY we are resellers, and it apparently the client who purchased domains through us, then purchased them direct with GANDI, and then GANDI decided to close our account becuase the customer who ordered direct, used false informaiton. WE have not gotten a response and now the domains are all on hold and GANDI has sent us no notification and faile to reply to 20 support requests emails to every address and FAXED in requests in french and english. I have to admit, their support is eremely slow ... not to mention taking payment for reseller, sending NO reciept within 48 ours an then closing the actual reseler account.. WHAT IS UP WITH THIS COMPANY ??
