I have since learned that the problem stems from GANDI using different OWNER info than ADMINISTRATIVE, TECHNICAL OR BILLING contact info - which is NOT an ICANN standard as it does not translate to WHOIS information. I do not have the OWNER password. The OWNER email address does not work. I am STUCK and my domains are held hostage at this point requiring us to pay hundreds of dollars in renewal fees - JUST so we can change OWNERS - and then FINALLY transfer them. Can...WILL you guys offer any help? While your site attempts to be multi-ligual, your standards are all European and I've just realized we have not a year (12-03-07) - but 6 days (03-12-07) to renew or transfer these domains.
