Gandi.net Groups

I have the same problem. Gandi has changed the handle for my site owner
( me!). The new handle has an illegal e-mail address, so there is no
way for me to retrieve any password.The billing and other handles
remain correct. I still have the confirmation e-mail registering
ownership to my e-mail address, but I have now lost control over the
ownership.

My guess is that Gandi may have tried to contact me once, and my mail
box was full. Therefore , their system automatically defined the
address as illegal, and assigned a random handle.

I have opened a support ticket, but as yet, have received no reply. This
is extremely frustrating. I hope they solve this soon. Who do I turn to?
