I have the exact same problem. Seems that somehow the owner handle was changed from xxx1-GANDI to xxx3-GANDI, and I am not authorized to change it. The owner handle xxx3 has missing/incorrect email address. The change was not made by me. Gandi support has been notified, but I have not yet received an answer.
