I am both Admin and Billing contact for my domains... and yet I cannot change the owner, because the owner email address is incorrect. I cannot change the owner email address because I can't remember the password. I can't get the password because the email address is not valid. I'm not willing to have to go through the process of proving who I am via the form you supply. Besides, this workflow does not jive with my understanding of the Administrative role. My understanding is that an Admin should be able to make any change to the domain registry. Am I wrong about that? Thank you for your attention on this.
