Your domains were placed on hold status as you did not reply to our 15-day advance warning for invalid whois data. As you know, it is the contractual obligation of our customers to "...provid(e) complete, accurate and reliable personal information about Yourself and Your representatives or third parties who benefit from a User License, and to update this information on a regular basis” (Secion 3 of our Sales Contract), - and - “You expressly accept that We can suspend, modify, transfer or delete the domain name, and/or suspend or cancel optional additional services, in the following cases: (...) If You knowingly provide false, incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data about the owner and/or the Contacts, or if You do not reply within fifteen (15) calendar days to Our e-mail, requesting confirmation or the updating of this data. We shall then be entitled to terminate the Contract...” (Section 19 of our Sales Contract). As we unable to reach you by telephone (see the number provided by you below), on January 23, we sent you a notice for invalid whois data, to the e-mail address registered with the administrative contact handle for your domains. Your information was not corrected, and is still invalid - thus domains registered with this false information have been suspended: person: de snarf nic-hdl: DS1134-GANDI address: de snarf address: zz9 plural alpha address: 01234 address: badville address: United Kingdom phone: +44.1234567890 You were then given 15 days to correct your whois data, in accordance with ICANN rules and regulations concerning domain name registration and our General Sales Conditions (Sections 3, 16 and 19). I will contact you by the e-mail address you provided by your entry in this forum to discuss what you must do to reactivate your domains. --- Ryan http://www.gandi.net
