Let's assume the following situation. I create a pedophile/Nazi/whatever website. I find a place to host it. By the way, the content is completely legal. So, I need a domain name. I register one at Gandi and point it to my website. After some time, some idiot discovers my website and he doesn't like the content. So, after unsuccessfully trying to convince my host to take it down, he finds out who that the domain registrar is Gandi and complains about my website. So, the actual question is - will Gandi cancel my account in such a situation? A lot registrars even have stated in their acceptable use policy that they can cancel registration for any reason whatsoever.
