I have been trying to transfer zeltus.eu away from 123-reg and into Gandi, but the transfer failed, even on retry. The trouble is, I have no idea why - I received the authentication e-mails from Eurid, as expected, and responded to them. Then, after a day or so, all I got was "transfer failed, rejected by registrar" - but as I understand it, the registrar is either Gandi, who initiated the transfer and therefore should not have rejected it or 123-reg, who, according to Eurid, have no means of stopping the transfer* So what is going on? What is happening to my transfer? *Yes, I have checked - there is no outstanding invoice or time delay of any sort on the domain name at 123-reg Please help someone - I don't even get responses from Gandi support staff any more... I thought this was supposed to be a premium service? Bill
