Hi there,

I have about 15 domain name buys listed under "orders in progress". I
paid by credit card around 20th november.

There doesn't seem to be anything I can do apart from cancel my order,
which I don't want to do because I'm afraid of losing my domains.

What's going on? Is something stuck?

This has never happened to me before, usually upon buying a domain I
have access to it immediately -- and here I'm starting to be in trouble
because I need to use some of the domains stuck in that queue.
